About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect with Class 2 experience preferably (but we would consider all sectors) to join our Sydney studio.

What You'll Do
You’ll engage with project teams throughout all phases, bringing expertise in large‑scale projects and proficiency in Revit to prepare architectural documentation.
You’ll maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with confidence and maturity.
Manage multiple priorities, working effectively under pressure, and making informed, timely decisions.
Effectively coordinate project consultants.

What You’ll Bring
4+ years experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
Registered Architect
Robust proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.




In-depth understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes for residential projects.
A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
