You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming and assisting customers with a smile as they visit our service department.
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
Managing customer bookings and coordinating loan vehicles and transport.
Preparing job orders and providing administrative support to the service team.




Setting clear customer expectations and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.
Addressing customer concerns effectively and ensuring satisfaction.
Monday - Friday full-time position 7:30am-5pm

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-first approach.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
