Are you an experienced automotive skilled looking to step back from the workshop floor and shape the next generation of technicians?

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic trainer to deliver throughout theBrisbane Northside areas.
Our environment is supportive and friendly and gives you all of the tools to inspire and educate the next generation of Technicians.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
· Providing quality training and assessment to our apprentice technicians on the job within their workplace
· RPL assessment pathways for highly skilled and experienced individuals
· Coordinate own schedule based our training cycles
· Travel throughout the region and/or state
YOUR ROLE:
Apprentices look to their Trainer as a role-model and a mentor.
In order to support the apprentices,



you will be a great communicator and have some spark about you to ensure you can deliver the course information in a dynamic and engaging manner.
You will enjoy travelling, problem solving and dealing with diverse people.
Successful trainers know that planning is absolutely critical when it comes to running quality courses and we are sure you will tick the correct boxes for time management skills and having an eye for detail; And there are bonus points for having the ability to put the apprentices at ease and nurture their learning.
It will be crucial that you will be able to empower apprentices to unlock their potential and build their confidence, skills and knowledge required to deal with the diverse challenges that this industry provides.
So you have the skills, great!
But do you have the qualifications?
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
TAE*****/TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment along with one of the following trade qualifications or more;
Automotive Trade Qualification/s in,
· Heavy Commercial
· Mobile Plant
· Light Vehicle
· Electrical Technology
Don't have your TAE*****/TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment?
