Clinical Facilitator (Registered Nurse/Educator)

First Choice Care is on the hunt for experienced Registered Nurses ready to step into a Clinical Facilitator role, guiding and supporting nursing students through their clinical placements.
With demand at an all-time high, we're recruiting facilitators across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast to join our growing team.
About you
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Unrestricted AHPRA registration
Bachelor of Nursing degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess, guide and support students
Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
