About Us
We're the team behind Bucketty's and Chalky's in Brookvale.
A fairly small, but heavily invested team of people that are love what we do.

We've created two unique but complementary venues only a stones throw from each other, with teams that support each other both in service, and behind the scenes.

This is a chance to flex your experience running a tight ship, but also unleashing some of that pent up creativity and try some stuff.
The Role
This full time role will fit if you have previous experience running a hospitality team, understand how to lead from the front and hold people accountable.
You'll work closely with the rest of the leadership team all the way from initial strategy through to execution.
We're here to support you in making the role, and venue a success.
The bullet points of the role are:
Report to the Head of Operations across both venues, working closely alongside Bucketty's Venue Manager
Direct line of communication with the owners and General Manager
Own rostering, ordering, and COGs management for the venue
Liaiss regularly with the kitchen and Executive Chef on menu execution and food cost
Lead from the front on the floor, holding the team accountable day to day
Venue is open 7 days a week — closing ~10pm midweek, last drinks 1am Friday and Saturday.
