The Law Society of Current South Wales is seeking a full-time Litigation Solicitor to join its Legal Regulation team in Sydney.
The role involves conducting litigation on behalf of the Council in regulatory matters, investigating unqualified practice and taking appropriate action.
You will appear before NCAT and various NSW courts, prepare documents, gather evidence and provide guidance to staff to ensure compliance with standards and the model litigant rules.
