About the role
We are seeking experienced and reliableMini Concrete (Agitator) Truck Driversto join our team in Rockhampton / Yeppoon.
In this role, you will be responsible for the secure mixing, inspection, and delivery of pre-mixed concrete, ensuring product quality, reliability, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a mini concrete agitator truck to safely deliver loads to customers
Follow dispatch instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Conduct pre-start inspections and monitor product quality during transit
Regularly clean and maintain the allocated vehicle
Perform occasional yard maintenance as required
Accurately complete delivery dockets and associated documentation




Communicate professionally with customers and on-site personnel
Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications and Experience
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
Current valid, unrestricted MR Licence –mandatory
Experience driving a concrete agitator truck is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
Basic literacy and numeracy skills to interpret job instructions and maintain accurate records
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Self-motivated with a professional and courteous manner
Demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental responsibilities
