We're currently seeking expressions of interest from Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join our Civil infrastructure and development teams.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, where you will be responsible for assisting the project management team with administration, planning and scheduling of daily project activities across the wider Northern New South Wales region.

The Opportunity
SEE Group is a certified 'Great Place to Work' and due to continued growth, SEE Group is looking for expressions of interest fromProject Engineers and Site Engineersto join our Civil Infrastructure and Urban Development team on projects across the greaterNorthern New South Walesregion.
Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advice in the planning,



coordination and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects.
Responsibilities will include
Ensuringeffective programming and construction methodologies;
Meeting project milestones and ensuringproject compliance;
Conducting quality assurance;
Financial reporting and forecasting;
Project administration; and
Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery;
Proven management skills, practices and planning ability;
Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;
Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards;
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;
Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others; and
High attention to detail.
