Qualifications & experienceOutstanding technical knowledge of automotive structure and car body parts.
Experience working with iBodyshop, PartsCheck, Audanet, Estimage, ORM
Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills.
A team focused mindset.
Tasks & responsibilitiesAccurately quote vehicles using iBodyshop software.
Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging when required.




Ensure a high calibre customer experience is achieved for both our clients and work providers.
Review and processing files for supplementary / invoicing.
Liaising with insurance companies and maintaining insurance portals.
Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Hand over completed repairs to customers.
Confident in working unsupervised.
Excellent team player and good communicator.
Working Hours Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm Friday 7:30am to 12pm
