About The Role

Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Mile End store , where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.

This is a Full time position, Tue - Sat roster, 38 hours per week .

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
Unpack and understand each customer’s project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range
Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy
Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices
