The role

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Red Hill, ACT.

Responsibilities
Preparing & presenting food for our residents
Support bulk cooking operations
Provide excellent customer service
Maintaining a clean working workplace
Adherence to food & general safety practices
Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

Roster

Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm




Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday 8:00am to 6:00pm

Desired Skills and Experience
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
