About the Role
This broad and rewarding role oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, WHS, workforce analytics and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workforce planning,recruitmentand onboarding activities.
Provideexpert HR advice to managers and senior leadership.




Manage employee relations,investigationsand performance processes.
Develop andmaintainHR policies,proceduresand systems.
Support workforce engagement,wellbeingand culture initiatives.
Oversee HR compliance and mandatory training requirements.
About You
Senior HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and the SCHADS Award.
Experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commitment to culturally informed and inclusive HR practices.
