We are a fast-paced, proactive company delivering innovative, high-quality meat products to our customers nationally and internationally.
We are currently looking forManufacturing Team Membersto join our ever-growing production team, located at ourCarole Parksite.
Monday to Friday + some SaturdaysOR2 to 3 days a week + on call.
AM shift: *********am to *********pm.
PM shift: *********pm to Finish (typically ***********pm - dependent on daily production).
Working on various sections of the production line.
Performing fast-paced assembly and packing tasks.
Packing products by weight.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
Loading and unloading raw materials/finished products.
Maintaining a clean workstation.




Food manufacturing or production line experience (not mandatory but advantageous).
Machine operating experience - blender, formax/forming/slicing, robotic palletiser, pro-pac/packing machinery (highly desirable but not a requirement).
Positive written and oral communication skills.
Basic understanding of GMP and food handling standards.
Ability to follow OH&S; and safe operating procedures for all machinery and work environment.
Fit and healthy – able to lift 25kg +.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
Permanent working rights in Australia - citizen or permanent resident.
2 shifts to assist with work/life balance.
Casual employment, with the potential for permanent placement in the future for the right candidates.
Full training provided.
Weekly rosters.
