You'll play a key role in the mechanical fit-out, assembly, and final preparation of our new off-road campers and caravans.

You'll play a key role in the mechanical fit-out, assembly, and final preparation of our new off-road campers and caravans.
Key Responsibilities
Performmechanical assemblyof new off-road campers and caravans, including suspension, braking systems, drawbars, wheels, and underbody components.
Fit and aligntowing systems, couplings, hitches, and jockey wheels.
Install and connect12V electrical components(basic wiring, lights, plugs) and assist electricians as required.
Carry outplumbing installationsfor water tanks, pumps, taps, and fittings.




Assemble and install internal and external fixtures, kitchens, awnings, and accessories.
Perform quality checks to ensure all mechanical and assembly work meets our high standards.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with WHS requirements.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Previous experience in mechanical assembly, auto mechanics, or trailer/caravan building.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely and effectively.
Understanding of mechanical systems, suspension setups, and trailer/caravan components.
Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Experience with 12V electrical systems and basic wiring.
Knowledge of caravan compliance standards and regulations.
Forklift licence or relevant trade qualifications.
