Experienced Support Worker
We are looking for a reliable and caring Support Worker to join our team.
Due to the personal care needs and preferences of the participant, a male support worker is preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and use of hoists or equipment.
Assist with meals and PEG feeding.
Administer medication as trained.
Support clients to attend appointments, activities, and community outings.
Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain clear records and follow company procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members.
Requirements
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support work.




Comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support.
Experience with PEG feeding and mobility equipment, or willingness to learn.
Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
