Forsight Australia is seeking a passionate Active Support Worker for our Jacaranda home in Glenmore Park.
This part time role focuses on person-centred care to promote independence, inclusion and wellbeing for clients with disabilities.
You will support clients, liaise with families and service providers, and thrive in a committed team on a 24/7 roster including sleepovers.
Cert III in Disability or related discipline preferred; 6 months' experience acceptable.
