Permanent Full‑time position. Salary range: $76,000 – $80,000 (above average).

Key Responsibilities
Oversee reception and housekeeping services, garden, maintenance, and security arrangements.
Plan bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage staff and contractors.
Provide guests with local tourism information.
Assess and review customer satisfaction forms and feedback.
Speak to patrons to resolve problems or complaints.
Oversee accounting and purchasing activities.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motel Manager.
Ability to manage a 3‑bedroom onsite residence.
Work authorisation: Australian resident or visa holder (Australia required).
Visa sponsorship to be considered if applicable.
