This exciting position will see you work closely with our lead sales agents while playing an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for buyers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the lead agent throughout the sales process
Prospecting and building relationships with potential clients
Responding to buyer enquiries and maintaining regular communication
Conducting buyer follow-up and providing feedback to vendors
Assisting with open homes, private inspections and property launches
Managing calendars, appointments and client meetings
Preparing sales documentation, reports and marketing materials
Maintaining accurate database records and client communications
Coordinating sales campaigns to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time
Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations and market research
Ensuring every vendor and buyer experience reflects Belle Property’s brand values and service standards




Supporting the wider team with a diverse range of sales and administrative duties

Qualifications
Previous real estate or sales experience, preferred but not essential
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A qualified phone manner and corporate presentation
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Confidence using computers, databases and digital platforms
Exceptional attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
A genuine interest in property and building a long-term real estate career

Please note that this position requires regular Saturday work.
