They are seeking an experiencedGardener & Grounds Maintenanceprofessional for aPermanent Full-Timeposition.
Working across multiple premium sites centred around Bracken Ridge, you will be hands-on in keeping these outdoor spaces looking their absolute best.

Your Responsibilities
Scheduling & Logistics: Work with the Lead Gardener to plan and manage the work rotation across multiple sites, ensuring high standards are maintained year-round.
Turf Care: Professional mowing, edging, fertilising, and aerating lawns to ensure year-round health.
Horticultural Care: Pruning, hedging, weeding, and mulching of garden beds.
Planting & Enhancement: Selecting and installing climate-appropriate flora to enhance property value and sustainability.
Specialised Care: Invasive plant management and pest/disease identification and treatment.
Equipment Care: Servicing hand tools (including sharpening) and performing servicing/maintenance on small engine equipment.
Facility Maintenance: Pressure washing paths/recreation areas and cleaning bin bays; servicing lighting systems and occasional pool maintenance.
Communication: Engaging professionally with residents and Building Managers.
What You Bring
Proven Experience: A strong background in professional gardening, groundskeeping, or caretaker roles.
Technical Skill: Experience with stand-on machinery and an ability to troubleshoot small-engine issues.
Safety First: A personal commitment to health and well-being, including safe manual handling and meeting all WHS obligations.
Organisation Skills: The ability to plan a schedule and manage your own time effectively.
Qualifications: Certificate III in Parks and Gardens (or equivalent) is essential.
Compliance: Current manual driver's license, access to your own vehicle and no criminal history.
Work Rights: Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required for this position.
Other Desirable Skills
General Handyman experience with basic facility maintenance and minor repairs.
