About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Services Team Leader to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing emergency response team at the Bravus Carmichael Mine.
This role combines operational leadership with frontline emergency response, ensuring the highest standards of safety, emergency preparedness and team capability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Emergency Response Team during routine operations and emergencies.
Coordinate emergency response training and exercises.
Provide operational leadership during incidents.
Supervise daily workforce deployment, reporting and emergency readiness.
Respond to medical, fire, rescue and security incidents as required.
Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue (or equivalent emergency response experience).
Current Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation.
Current Standard 11.
Current Manual MR Driver Licence.
Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain).
Security experience is advantageous but not essential.
For the right candidate, Corporate Protection Australia may support the successful applicant to obtain a Queensland Security Licence following commencement, subject to client approval.
