Job Description

Software & Application Programmer
Software Development: Write, update, and maintain clean, scalable, and effective program code based on technical specifications and system designs.
System Analysis: Research, consult, and evaluate system program requirements, and identify technological limitations or deficiencies in existing systems.
Testing & Debugging: Test, diagnose, and correct software faults and errors in accordance with established testing protocols and quality standards.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical program documentation, operational procedures, and end-user manuals.
Architecture Advice: Provide expert guidance and recommendations on software design strategies, including financial evaluations and costings for recommending software purchases or upgrades.

Core Competencies & Skills
Proficiency in popular programming languages (e.g., Python,



Java, C++, or PHP).
Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithm design.
Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing strat
Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing strategies.
Capability in operating system management (e.g., Unix/Linux) and database management.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary and Employment Conditions
