KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of mechanical and building services design
Overseeing services integration during construction phases
Managing services, subcontractor,s and commissioning teams
Liaising with clients, consultants,



and engineers across design and delivery
Assisting with tendering and reviewing building services scopesKEY REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or similarProven experience delivering mechanical or building services packages in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environmentsAbility to supervise subcontractors and coordinate service programs effectivelyUnderstanding of services commissioning, HVAC, hydraulics, and BMS systemsCommercially astute with experience in services contract negotiation and administrationStrong communication and reporting skillsApplicants must be based in Sydney or elsewhere in Australia with full working rights.
