About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil and cable hauling activities, ensuring works are completed to schedule, quality standards and compliance requirements.
Additionally, you'll:
Coordinate site walk-ups, planning activities and project scoping to support construction delivery
Supervise subcontractors and site crews to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with approved plans
Undertake site inspections, compliance checks and critical control verifications across active work sites
Liaise with Site Engineers to coordinate materials,



resolve site constraints and maintain project progress
Promote a positive safety-first culture focused on accountability, quality and continuous improvement
About You
Demonstrated experience in site supervision and managing subcontractors within construction, telecommunications or civil environments
Previous experience delivering telecommunications, NBN or civil infrastructure projects highly regarded
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) documentation
Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements in a field-based environment
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
Based in Canberra or willing to relocate
