The organization also offers independent consulting and full outsourcing of testing functions, giving clients flexible engagement models and robust quality assurance support.Role Description This is a contract role for a Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead with Salesforce experience, based in Geelong, VIC in a hybrid working arrangement (on-site and work-from-home).
The role involves planning, designing, and executing test activities for Salesforce and related integrated systems, including manual testing of new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
The Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead will define test strategies, create test plans and test cases, oversee test execution, and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business analysts, developers, and project managers, analyzing requirements, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between test coverage and business objectives.




The role also includes mentoring junior testers, driving continuous improvement in testing processes, and supporting release activities in a fast-paced project environment.QualificationsStrong testing skills, including Testing and Manual Testing for complex Salesforce implementations and integrated enterprise systems.Experience in Test Execution and Test Management, including creating test plans, managing test cycles, and reporting detailed test results.Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify gaps, analyze defects, and assess overall solution quality.Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead in large-scale or enterprise projects, preferably within skilled services or consulting environments.Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or similar), including validation of configurations, customizations, and integrations.Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) and structured QA methodologies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present clear testing outcomes.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Geelong, VIC, managing priorities independently and meeting project timelines.Relevant certifications or training in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and/or Salesforce are highly desirable.Experience in automation testing and Claims testing is an advantage.
