Hunter Trade College is seeking a motivated ICT Officer to join our team in Telarah, NSW, on a permanent part time job share (2 days per week, 8:00 am–3:00 pm).
You will be the first point of contact for ICT support for staff and students on a single campus.
You will provide Level 1 and 2 support, configure Windows devices, and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Teams and SharePoint.
Experience with ticketing systems and a customer-service mindset is essential.
