AMA Collision Townsville is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to be the face of the team.
This permanent role runs Monday to Thursday 7.30am–4.15pm, and Friday 7am–3pm, located in Townsville.
You will greet customers, update on repair progress, coordinate with insurers, and support inventory and administration to ensure a smooth customer journey.
