G.James Windows & Doors, based inNarangba, manufactures, supplies and installs a wide range of aluminium windows and doors for the residential and commercial construction markets across North Brisbane and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking a motivatedInstallation Coordinatorto join our team.
Working alongside a supportive and collaborative group, this role is responsible for coordinating labour and scheduling installations to align with factory capacity while ensuring customer requirements are met.

The Role
Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to deliver work on time and to Australian Standards
Liaise closely with production and factory teams to ensure jobs are delivered in full and on schedule
Maintain and update installation schedules in line with customer requirements and operational priorities
Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations and installation timeframes
Drive quality outcomes,



minimising rework and maximising customer satisfaction
Support team performance, safety and efficiency in line with company policies and procedures
About You
Experience in windows, construction, manufacturing or service-based industries (preferred)
Strong administrative and customer service skills
Confident using computer systems and able to learn new platforms quickly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of your role
Passion for delivering great customer outcomes and building solid relationships
