We’re currently looking for a full-time Graduate Migration Agent or Migration Assistant to join our Brisbane office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying, recently graduated, or newly registered as a Migration Agent who is looking to grow their career in Australian migration law.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with preparing, lodging, and managing visa and citizenship applications
Support and collaborate with our Principal Migration Agents
Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on visa options and eligibility
Manage case files, documentation, and client records
Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other authorities
Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying, recently graduated, or newly registered as an RMA
Strong interest in Australian immigration and migration law
Knowledge of visa types and the migration process
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new procedures and instructions
Proactive, adaptable and able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
