Signage Assistant (Workshop & Installations)

For a rapidly growing company in the Hills District. This full time position requires someone who is flexible and can help on both skilled and unskilled duties with training provided. Positive communication and customer service skills essential.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working across both our workshop and on-site installations. No two days are the same - you’ll be learning all aspects of signage production and install from the ground up.

You’ll be:
Assisting with signage production in the workshop
Helping with sign installations across Sydney
Working with tools, materials, and equipment
Supporting the team to deliver high-quality finished jobs
Learning the ins and outs of the signage industry

Someone reliable with a good attitude and willingness to learn




Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet
A team player who gets along with others
Driver’s licence preferred (for assisting with installations)
Punctual, organised, and takes pride in their work
