Job Description
What makes our Graduate Program different?
Our12-month structured Graduate Programbegins with12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.




We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with areduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.
You'll also have:
Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first four months then fortnightly
Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
A dedicatedbuddythroughout the entire program
Quarterly professional developmentto keep your learning moving forward
Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
Plenty of regular opportunities toobserve clinicians across multiple disciplines
Access to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PD
You'll never feel like you're doing it alone

You're a soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist who is:
