Working alongside the Centre Director and a dedicated team, you will:
Plan, implement and evaluate quality, child-centred programs that support each child's holistic development;
Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
Act as a positive role model and mentor to children and colleagues;
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care and
Foster creativity, curiosity, and connection in every learning experience.

About You
You are an enthusiastic educator (or starting out on your Childcare career) who works with heart and professionalism.
You demonstrate initiative, strong teamwork, and a genuine love for guiding children through play-based learning.
To be successful, you will have:
ACertificate IIIorDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care(or willing to study).
A currentBlue Card,First Aid/CPR, andChild Protectiontraining (or willing and able to obtain).
Sound knowledge of theEarly Years Learning Framework,National Quality Standards, and relevant legislation (or willing to learn).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A commitment to continuous professional learning and reflective practice.
