We are seeking an experienced and motivatedWarehouse Team Leaderto lead our warehouse operations and support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure customer service and operational targets are consistently achieved.
Ensure all inbound and outbound products are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service level timeframes.
Monitor workflow, allocate resources effectively, and address operational issues as they arise.
Support inventory accuracy through bin maintenance, slotting activities, and system integrity checks.
Assist in maintaining materials handling equipment and ensure equipment is used safely and correctly.
Review warehouse processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate operational records, shift reports, logbooks, and incident reports.
Monitor and report on operational KPIs and team performance.
Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational objectives.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.




Conduct regular performance discussions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Facilitate on-the-job training and cross-training initiatives to develop a multi-skilled workforce.
Workplace Health & Safety
Ensure safe work practices are consistently followed by all team members.
Identify workplace hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions where required.
Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or similar leadership role.
Proven experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Current Forklift Licence (LF) essential.
Experience using SAP is highly desirable.
Experience operating within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Sound understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
