About the role:
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 160 well-maintained residential properties.
You'll manage the portfolio from end to end, including leasing, inspections and landlord communication, while working alongside an experienced team that genuinely supports one another.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties
Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Manage your own leasing from enquiry through to move-in
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolutions
Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
Utilise Property Tree and Inspection Manager to efficiently manage your portfolio
Skills & experience
Approximately 12 months' experience in residential property management, or experience as a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant ready to step into a Property Manager role




Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
Ideally living within ***** minutes of the office
