Our client is nestled in the heart of Manly in Brisbane's most iconic eastern bayside district.
They are looking for a number of highly skilled and innovative chefs to join their team.
As a chef you will be responsible for
Menu development reflecting both modern and traditional gourmet culinary trends
Able to work harmoniously with front of house team to deliver exceptional meals, in line with service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
Preparation and production of food items for menu/s to ensure they meet the exceptional standards
Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards
Adaptable to work across multiple kitchen outlets when rostered
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
Adhere to strict health, hygiene and safety standards at all times
Plan and manage portion control




Provide in kitchen training as required
The applicant must have the following key characteristics

Positive personal hygiene and presentation
Qualifications:
At least 12 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen, and be trade qualified to at least an AQF Diploma standard or equivalent; or at least 3 years of experience
The ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Salary range $77,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation.
