Weighline Worker (Forklift Licence Required)
Marland Mushrooms QLD is a leading mushroom producer supplying major supermarkets from our contemporary, purpose-built facility in Stapylton.
We are currently seekingWeighline Workers(with FL licence) to join our morning and afternoon shifts in supporting our Harvest and Pre-Pack operations.
Full training is provided, withweekly payand consistent ongoing work.
About the role:
We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team in casual roles across morning and afternoon shifts.
Morning shifts typically start between4:30–6:00 AM,whileafternoon shiftsbegin around1:00–3:00 PM.These positions are available for immediate start.
In this role, you will support our Harvest and Pre-Pack teams by:
Locating, reloading, and stacking pallets into specified loading areas
Maintaining supply to the loader to support continuous workflow and minimise downtime
Relocating empty cartons




Ensuring labels are correctly applied to punnets and boxes
Sorting loose mushrooms by size and quality
Moving product from the weigh line to cold rooms
Assisting with loading product onto the weigh line from growing rooms
Recording product accurately (weight, product type, picker)
Ensuring product passes through metal detectors
Operating safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures
Requirements:
A current Forklift Licence is a requirement of this role
You must be physically capable of lifting
Own reliable transport is essential
Flexibility to workat least one weekend shiftper week
Morning shifts typically start between4:30–6:00 AM,whileafternoon shiftsbegin around1:00–3:00 PM.
Full training is provided in a supportive environment, and weekly pay is offered.
