About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker with Talent Quarter, you'll play an key role in supporting residents to live with dignity, independence and comfort while working across a variety of leading aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast.




Your responsibilities may include:
Providing high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Supporting residents with mobility, meals and personal hygiene
Observing and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care documentation
Assisting with medication where qualified and authorised
Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider care team
Delivering compassionate, person-centred care that promotes quality of life
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Individual Support or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 months' experience working in Australian residential aged care
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current National Police Check
Current influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination in line with client requirements
Full Australian working rights
Currently residing in Australia
