Job Description: Primary Position Objectives:
Provide frontline support and advice to foodservice customers.
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and manage data administration.
Oversee database administration, ensuring data integrity, security and efficiency.
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support seamless data management to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Role Responsibilities:
Accurately take orders and provide product information.
Liaise with customers to identify substitute products.
Manage databases, ensure data accuracy, and optimize performance.
Perform regular backups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security.
Resolve customer issues with understanding and empathy.
Process invoices and manage third-party invoicing/auditing.
Handle data entry and general database management.




Provide customer service and sales support.
Assist in training new team members.
Attend training sessions on systems, products, and processes.
Create and update job cards for the customer service department.
Proactively engage in sales, update contact details, and support sales efforts.
Maintain order entry KPIs based on team performance.
Essential Criteria:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
An enthusiastic team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work morning, afternoon and night shifts
