We're partnering with a well-known Australian organisation to appoint a Marketing Analytics & Insights Lead. This is a newly created role where you'll establish the marketing insights function, bringing together fragmented data sources to create a single source of truth and help shape commercial decision‑making.

You’ll work across marketing, digital, customer and commercial teams to move beyond reporting, delivering actionable insights, influencing strategy and driving a more data‑led culture.

What you’ll be doing:
Build and embed a marketing measurement framework aligned to business outcomes
Consolidate data from multiple platforms into scalable reporting and self‑service dashboards
Translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
Assess the current analytics landscape and recommend future‑state tools, processes and governance
Champion a test‑and‑learn culture while exploring AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency

What we’re looking for:
Solid experience in marketing analytics,



BI or customer insights
Hands‑on experience with SQL and visualisation tools such as Power BI, DOMO, Tableau or Qlik
Knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Databricks and tag management tools
A commercially minded communicator who can influence stakeholders and tell compelling stories with data
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast‑moving environment with ambiguity and autonomy

This role will be based out of their Cremorne head office, four days per week.
