Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead day-to-day stores operations onsite at the resort. This hands-on role covers ordering, receiving, issuing and control of food, beverage, maintenance and general consumables across Zone 1.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B; teams to ensure accurate inventory control, cost centre transfers, and robust stock rotation. A full Australian driver's license is required and heavy lifting is expected.
