Established in 2000 in Melbourne, DAI is an Australian-owned company that has been focussed on getting parcels safely to you for over 20 years.We specialise in ecommerce, wholesale international inbound parcel delivery in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Our team is expanding rapidly, and we are now seeking a Supervisor to join the team at our Murarrie depot. This role will ensure freight is received, processed, sorted, loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and within service expectations. The role provides leadership to warehouse staff, freight sorters, forklift operators and transport providers while maintaining compliance with operational, safety and customer service requirements.

Operating hours 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

Here’s what you will doing:

Supervise daily freight processing operations, ensuring inbound and outbound freight is handled accurately, safely, and on time.

Coordinate warehouse, linehaul, and delivery activities to meet service levels, customer requirements, and operational KPIs.

Lead, coach, and support team members through effective workforce planning, training, performance management, and daily operational briefings.





Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and protected operating procedures, including incident management and hazard reporting.

Manage freight exceptions, damaged goods, returns, and service recovery activities while maintaining accurate operational records.

Build robust relationships with customers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Here’s what your background looks like:

Experience in freight, transport, logistics or warehouse operations.

Previous experience leading operational teams.

Knowledge of freight handling and warehouse processes.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.

Competent computer and data-entry skills.

Forklift Licence (LF).

Dangerous Goods awareness or training.

Experience with transport management or freight systems.

Knowledge of linehaul and last-mile delivery operations.
