About the Role
We are seeking male or female disability support workers for SIL homes in Perth South areas from Karnup, Lakelands, Mandurah and sorrounds to join our team.
As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate, high‐quality care to a diverse group with disabilities, supporting them to live independently and engage with the local community.
This will be a casual position with shifts available now.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in
Intellectual disabilities
Personal Hygiene
Behavioural challenges
Experience with high care needs
What You'll Be Doing
Manage your team in the home
Coordinate with the stakeholders for day to day activities
Liaison with the Lifestyle Manager
Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote client wellbeing and community inclusion
Advocate for client rights and ensure their needs are met with dignity and respect
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and implement client-centred support plans
Provide a safe and secure environment for clients
What We're Looking For




A Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
Demonstrated experience providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's licence
