You will support internal users across desktops, laptops, printers, telephony, and security devices within a Windows AD workplace and assist with upgrades and remote site projects.
The role offers a mix of on-site and remote work after probation, located in Minto, South-West Sydney, with a focus on rapid incident resolution and proactive documentation.
