Arborglen Pty Ltd is a thriving 55‐acre production nursery in Glenorie, proudly growing plants for all Flower Power Garden Centres.

We're currently searching for a Nursery Hand that is enthusiastic, hands‐on and ready to learn.
Some nursery experience is needed, and we're committed to helping the right person continue to develop.
Your day-to-day may include:
Weeding and general plant care
Staking and trimming
Moving and organising stock
Picking and preparing plants for orders
Potting and repotting
Watering and fertilising
Assisting with pest and disease management
What you bring
Basic nursery or horticulture experience




A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
Ability to carry out manual labour, including safely lifting loads of up to 15 kg
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
A Chemcert card in Chemical Awareness (AQF2) will be highly regarded
This is a full‐time position (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm) with Nursery Award pay and genuine opportunities for progression.
