We're on the hunt for a Payroll Officer with ambition to join our high-performing National Payroll team, supporting 25,000+ employees across Australia while gaining hands‐on experience with Workday, one of the world's leading payroll platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist with weekly payroll processing (Workday Payroll)
Maintain employee data — recent starters, changes, terminations
Work with Time & Attendance data (LIFELENZ)
Get exposure to complex payroll calculations:
Annual, personal, parental & long service leave
Workers compensation
Support month-end and year-end payroll activities
Interpret Awards & EBAs (and actually understand them, not just tick boxes)
Assist with reconciliations (super, payroll tax, YTD)




Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
What You Bring
1–3 years payroll experience (high‐volume is a bonus)
Basic understanding of payroll legislation, tax, Awards/EBAs
Strong attention to detail (you spot what others miss)
Team player who can juggle priorities with the right attitude
Bonus Points If You Have
Exposure to Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems
Payroll qualifications (Cert/Diploma)
