Our Outside School Hours Care service,Brookfield State SchoolHelping Hands,, is looking for a passionateAssistant Coordinatorto assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
Thispermanent part-timeopportunity offers25 hours per week.
You'll workMonday to Fridayin split shifts across our programs:
☀️Rise then Shine Program– Morning shifts (6:30am – 9:00am)
?Stay and Play Program– Afternoon shifts (2:50pm – 6:00pm)
?️Holiday HQ Program– Extra hours available during school holidays (7:00am – 6:00pm)

Your role will include:
Leading fun-filled programswhere children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!).
Fostering strong connectionswith children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing setting.
Managing a teamof passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.




Assisting with overseeing theday-to-day operationsof the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, includingcompliance and administration.
