Your Role as Care Worker
You'll deliver this role by:
Assist clients withpersonal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
Support clients withdomestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
Providesocial and community supportand assist with transport to appointments or shopping
Follow clients'care plansand report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
Contribute ideas toimprove services and teamwork

2 x Permanent Part Time - Bris South
(Wynnum, Manly, Oxley, Sinnamon Park, Corinda, Jindalee)
2 x Permanent Part Time - Gold Coast

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support(or equivalent)
Current Australian Driver's Licenceand comprehensively insured vehicle
