About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient.

You will play a key role in building robust relationships, supporting customer needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Knowledge of attache will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email with a strong focus on service and solutions
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Build and maintain robust,



long-term customer relationships
Liaise with warehouse and operations to provide clear and reliable delivery information
Proactively resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For
Experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales administration
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Robust communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
