FleetCrew supplies rental vehicles—primarily 4WDs to customers across a range of industries including mining, construction, tourism and leisure.

The role

Based at our expanding head office, you’ll be part of our reservations team, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every hire runs smoothly.

What you’ll do
Respond promptly to reservation enquiries from phone, email and website
Create and manage bookings in our IT platform
Communicate with customers about all aspects of their hire (quotes, changes, extensions, returns)
Liaise closely with our branches and workshops to deliver a seamless customer experience




Build solid customer relationships through exceptional service
