About the Role

We're a dynamic business that recruits for a wide range of roles across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our hiring processes in ouroffice-based team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Writing and posting job ads across multiple platforms
Screening incoming resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting initial video screenings with applicants




Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Coordinating recruitment activities across different states and Current Zealand
Maintaining accurate records and staying on top of interview logistics

Who You Are

We're not after a mountain of HR experience – we're aftersomeone with strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and a whole lot of practical thinking.

Previous recruitment experience is essential and a track record of recruitment agency experience will be highly regarded.
