About the Role
Oversee the daily operations of the bar
Lead, train, and support the bar team
Deliver outstanding customer service
Manage stock control and ordering




Ensure compliance with RSA and licensing requirements
Assist with Duty Manager responsibilities as required

About You
Previous Bar Manager or senior hospitality experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Current RSA certificate (essential)
Duty Manager qualifications or willingness to obtain them (preferred)
Reliable, organised, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
